How to Prevent AIDS

There are ways to prevent AIDS, such as:

1. Avoiding sexual intercourse with the following people:

• A person taking IV drugs
2. Avoid exposure to blood if the bleeding person’s HIV status is not known to you.
3. Avoid using intravenous drugs.
4. HIV positive women should avoid breastfeeding.
5. The HIV positive person must refrain from donating plasma, blood, body organs and sperm.
6. Practicing safe sex like using latex condoms must be abiding by strictly.
7. HIV positive women must take precautions and medications so that the infection chances get reduced, and the unborn child is safe.
